What he knows about football you could fit on a match box.

After reading the Ango Times you would think that Freeling hosted the worst GF in history. The two writers of that paper needed to get their fat asses out of the canteen on Saturday as they ate all our food then proceeded to hold up all the toilets. Yes the grog was going out at a rapid pace but when it did run out it was only briefly. As for Freeling not having any seating its a bit hard when you have 6-7 thousand people to cater for. If you were that worried about seating its not that hard to bring a decky. Everyone i seen there were having a great time except for the couple lads having a scrap out the back. Im from Freeling but have to say I thought the day was agreat success.
Thoes two writers need to have a cup of concrete and harden the *%$# up. The amount of food i saw one of them consuming not even the Dublin markets could of supplied us to keep him happy. For you that read that paper Tanunda won aswell. Just my thoughts anyway..

classic, maybe scott welsh and matty llyod might end up south as well.

Now that is just being silly .... they couldn't afford all these guys once they have signed up Barry Hall

Swooper wrote:Just read the Herald over breaky, seems they thought Freeling did a bad job running the GF. To me Freeling did a great job with just a shortage of toilets for the girls. I had no problems getting a cold drink and good food so obviously the reporter was in a different area to me. As for the suggestion that there needed to be more seating well that is just stupid, over 6000 punters, of course there will be standing room only. Good car parking as well. Reading Mike Teakles article would also lead me to believe that Ango should have won, Tanunda only won one quarter, the 3rd (the premiership quarter Mike or JD).

Skip yes Tanunda has been in party mode, the boys have held back from damaging the town, the only damage was done by an idiot who cruised in and he will be paying. Good old fashioned nudey run, some loving and a few more antics. Young Andrew Pech joined in on Monday and even signed a clearance form to Tanunda for next season.

Swooper

Bang on there Swoop, it was a good day for all bar the two clowns from the herald. The girls toilets were a problem. Hopefully Freeling respond to the Herald next week refuting their article. I'm pretty sure most people read through his articles anyway. Good to hear that the boys are having fun, they deserved it.

I assume the celebrations have petered out by now ....

Word on the streets is that a couple of camels were parked conspicuously on the side of the road out Freeling - it seems the long trip back to town may have been too much and a dose of shuteye was required for the dromedaries.

Seems the camels did a wonderful job to get as far as they did!! The storm blew them a little of track and when it got too rough they had to bunker up til it passed! Maybe the work they did of the night before when on the "casino run" eventually caught up with them??

The burger rumour is true, just brother talk at the moment with vanders, hes the connection there. Could quite easily happen, but first peter needs to get over his operations just undertaken. Ankle, shoulder and knee clean ups at sportsmed last week. Wish him all the best in recovery and would love to see him the BLG.

Angaston to go 1 better next year!

Doesn't matter when they will all 'live' in the zone.

Must say I didn't read the Herald report, but yes, apart from the ladies' loos situation I thought the club catered well and parking was well organised.

Should be plenty of room for players at South. Lutze gone, McCracken gone, Vandenbergh retired, Andrew Bevis and Lee Makris thinking about moving. A grade could be full of imports and 18/19 year olds!
