Talking about HJ's wish they would bloody bring back the Mushroom bacon sourdough deluxe! Best burger there ever was, followed closely by KFC's nacho Burger! yum yum!

After having a XXXL burger in a large meal at HJs on Tuesday night and feeling full when I was finished, I'm sorry Grand Angus, but you have a lot of work to do to catch up.

XXXL = Quality.

They went for about $18 i think, but it was always a challenge set by a friend, If you ate the whole burger he paid for it!

Well I found myself at Mickey Dees with the family on the weekend, and swayed by the weight of opinion on this thread, I submitted to a Grand Angus. (The one with the salad is Grand, not Mighty, right?)

Verdict:

Uninspiring chain-restaurant fare.

Still not a patch on the traditional "hamburger with the lot" from the local fish shop.

:?
The Suzi Quatro concert replaced dinner last night, so afterwards I dropped into a yellow M
to see what all the fuss is about. Had a Mighty…meh. Followed by a Grand…mehx2.
Still walked out hungry and far from satisfied. Just can’t see the attraction. Bun too thin.
Filling falls out everywhere. Just another typical, overpriced excuse for regurgitated crappy
Yank food. BLAH !

For the same money you can make at least 6 jawbreaking, REAL hamburgers, at home with all
fresh, nutrient rich ingredients, that don’t need unidentifiable sauces for a sense of flavour.

Of course if ya’ can’t be bothered making your own, just drop in at the NorEast Club and ask
for ‘The NorEast Burger’. So real they’re UN-REAL and you’ll only need one !

Well Mr.Daniels lived up to his end of the bargain but I must say the Mighty didnt cut it. Better than the average fast food burger but Mrs.Boons home made burgers with fresh salad and a real meat pattie cant be beaten.
