I parked next to a McDonalds today... & walked straight past it to a deli, to get an egg & lettuce salad on wholegrain, no butter. I treated myself to a piece of banana cake & a bottle of water.
So far, no Multi-national junk food...

It appears that lager and chips is the downfall of many of us,a tip for avoiding those late night munch on chips/biscuits that I have used to limit my weight gain in recent months ( as I said, lost 6kg in the last 6 months ),when feeling inclined to have a munch at night,go and brush your teeth! It works, believe me,the last thing you want to do after a good scrub is to munch on something crunchy, and after have a big glass of water,at night, more so if you dont drink enough water during the day,you feel hungry when the body is in fact craving water, the mind mistakes it for hunger and off you go to the chips.
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.

Made the necessary adjustments Fatso!

Best to weigh ourselves first thing in the morning, for a truer reading.
Later in the day/night we may intake large volumes of water which will
give inaccurate readings.
I found that weight can vary by 1-4 kilos during the day.

MT79 made mention of Deep Fried Coke in an earlier post.
Found this article:

DEEP FRIED DELIGHTS
---------------------------

Fried Coke has become the latese artery clogging hit at U S state fairs.
The gooey soft drink battered nuggetts topped with cola syrup won the
" most creative" title at the Texas state fair in Dallas.
" We've been getting calls from everywhere since we introduced it" Elizabeth
Martin, a spokeswoman for the Noth Carolina fair, told the Dallas Morning News.
" Everyone wants to know where they can get it."

MALS VERDICT
------------------

I would try it and then hoped I wouln't get hooked on it.
