64% of registered Geelong members got tickets but I was in the unsuccessful 36%.
Ahh well, I'll save about $1500.

Anyone know when the umpires are announced? I pray that McLaren doesn't get a gig after his shocker on Saturday night. Was clearly many levels behind the other 2 umpires in standard.

I reckon there will be 1 change for the big one:

St Kilda
Out: Eddy
In: Hudghton

Geelong
no change

I wouldn't bring him back. Don't change a winning team.

Not this year for Stokes...Wojcinski, Byrnes and Varcoe all showed enough to hold their spots
Reckon that Eddy is vulnerable for the Saints and they could do with Hudghton to take the resting Ottens in the forward line

NO STOKES. Not enough defensive pressure and tries to take speccies instead of staying on the ground. Varcs and Byrnes must both stay and if Wojo is dropped that is a shocker cos he goes quite well against the Saints.

Forecast for Saturday is 15 and showers.
More good news for the Cats perhaps as they're probably the best wet weather team I've ever seen.

Fisher, Dawson and Hudghton is probably going in a bit tall. Considering that the talls would be Hawkins and Ottens. You cant play a tall on Johnson, he will just turn them inside out.

My tip for the match up on Steve Johnson, is Gilbert.

Didnt you people hear Bombers presser, he said that Matty Stokes pulled out last week himself, the medicos gave him the all clear, but he didnt want to put himself in front of the team. and Bomber said he has played all year and will play this week. it will be out of Byrnes and Varcoe to go out though. Bomber also said that Stokes wanted to pull out of last years GF but bomber convinced him to play

Bullshite, nobodys pulls out of a GF and if they want to any coach worth his salt would piss them off. Thats total flop.
