I've liked a few of the Sturt one's I worked on back in the 1990's with Barto and Jimmy and Tom amongst others over the years...

1998 Finals Series

The Mighty Blues Are Back, No Longer The Chopping Block, Now We Wield The Axe

I thought that was class after so many bad years...

Thank You God For What We Are About To Receive

... which consequently was a 9 point grannie defeat to the Pies!

Goddammit. Backed that loss right onto my North Melbourne grannie defeat that year, sheesh, God wasn't given me much but stick then...

Sheesh, there was a time in the 90's that your lot wouldn't have even seen or understood what a banner was there for...

BTW, can anyone notice that the 2 W's in the middle line are different ways around and all the U's in the message are backwards
That's what you get for doing such a complicated lettering I guess

Very clever d4e. Anyway, they don't have to go backwards, we're quick enough to catch them going forwars, even with our jocks around our ankles

I've done that 2 weeks in a row now. It's a rule that has only come in this year at AAMI Stadium. You must have enclosed shoes! Lucky I brought some in my bag but it might be a wise idea to put them on before I get ready to go out for the banner.
BTW, sorry I didn't get a chance to come over for a beer.
