call centre people ringing up

theyve been busy over the past few days

tuesday, i think it was they ring up, some company they say are affiliated with telstra want to send out a new nokia mobile because we have been such loyal customers.

yeah no probs with that, all the paperwork that comes with it details the cost structure, but the stupid thing is they ask for your addresss, and its like, you say you work for telstra so they should be able to provide you with details.

hang up from her and her supervisor calls back 10 seconds later..........got him off the phone

then today sounds like the same indian lass - rings up about our telstra bill quoting how much we pay monthly and then says she wants to know how much we pay, but i told her you just quoted our average bill so why do you want to know what it is..........and she hangs up!!!!!!!

god i love these people sometimes

but not at 8am on a saturday morning calling promoting virgin blue flights at $200 return to melbourne

Although I hate not knowing what's ahead, being nervous about something means that particular thing holds special meaning to you in some way.
