I herd that Cupido just came back to Adelaide for the purpos of leading Stirling's training last week. Apparently he has moved most of his stuff back to VIC. I guess if hes if the $$ right he will keep comming back...

No cupido this week so perhaps you were right.

Who would be the favourites in each grade in the Hills this year?

Any player movements from club to club or grade to grade?

Surprised to see that neither a team has been pushed up or pushed down from the A's to get an even comp. (One being forced down (Stirling, Happies) would have given the ideal 8 team comp)

Thought Mylor would have been pushed up as they have not lost a match for two years, although romours I have heard is that their C grade would beat their B grade this year with a couple of players choosing to play one-day cricket.

The best way to get rid of the bye would be to tell happies to bugger off all together.

A) The A's will continue in the same fashion with Meadows, Aldgate, Onkas looking good for the flag. However this could just be Uraidla's year after a couple of seasons falling just short of the mark. Bridgey will look the goods for a bit but amount to nothing.

B) Mylor would have to be favourites in B grade, they were tested during certain games, but their ability to roll teams for well less than 100 left them undefeated again. Can't see much changing in 2009/10

C) Anything can happen in C Grade

D) If Lofty and Onka's keep the same sides from last year they will thump every team by hundreds of runs every week and lose about 15 wickets total for the entire season. Not much fun but a reality.

Any TVCA news Cougar? I hear that Palmer might be dropping back to the A2s, with a few guys going back to Mannum. Rathjen doesn’t want to play A2s and will look for another club..

Disappointing if it’s only a 6 team A grade again. Would be good to see Cambrai and Mt Torrens (or even Eden Valley) come up with us.

Hopefully Mt Torrens, Cambrai and Eden Valley all have the courage to bite the bullet and join the A grade - because i cant see the TVCA Executive Committee pushing them up!

A couple of other whispers:

Tyson Rathjen to fill Scott Aufderheides opening bowler spot at Lobethal after the young quick left the Tigers to try his luck at Prospect.

Warriors to gain ex A grade Turf Captain who recently moved house into the hills.

Confirmed at last monday's meeting that the As will only be six teams, with Palmer replaced by Lenswood. 9 teams in the A2s and 8 in the B grade.

Interesting, Round 3 will be a 20-20 match for points. Not sure if I like the idea of that :?

Yeah, also heard that Rathjen will front for Lobey. As if they needed a recruit like him...

Looking forward to playing Medlow's Warriors in round 1 8)

Tyson Rathjen to lobethal what a crock...
pencil in another grand final for Lobethal.

Also has any one heard if there will be another 20/20 comp at TTG over Christmas again?

Don't think there'll be another 20/20 comp at TTG as the TVCA has apparently been realigned with EAST TORRENS.
