question?
when was the last time a team that finished 3rd or 4th made the grand final? i cant think of anyone doing it since central in 01 and willaston in 99, ironically both went on to win the flag

The magpies won't want to be too over confident this week, the panthers old boys harvey, doeke and reimann have been here before and will be looking for a swan song this week.

If he has been saying it it certainly hasn't been said up our way.
He acknowledges that he wasn't the no.1 candidate for the job or else they wouldn't have looked elsewhere but I'm sure he'll be there on Saturday and he does want them to win.

I have thought all year that everyone is playing for 2nd spot but with a week to think about it and to have watched ango destroy Nuri could there be an upset on the cards??? Anything can happen on GF day!! Ango stiched a willaston side up a few years back being under dogs and it would be good to see!!

Wouldn't paint lubbas magpie machine with the same brush as the willaston misfit side agaston played in 2003. A tough fought contest but the pies by 5 with a pitch invasion by AK fans in the second quarter when he bags his 100 being a highlight of the day.

AK COULD BE LIGHTS OUT BEFORE THAT HAPPENS. In saying that i can see him being the match winner and kicking a bag!!!!

Who is going to get the unlucky job!!

Will be interesting to see which hillbilly gets nominated for the job Kurtz, White, N Reimann. Either way you can put your left nut on it that Ango will be AK concious once the big fella finds his line.

I heard from a few mates at Ango that the only way to win this week will be to "go hard early" and do a number on Kennedy. There are other players also but with a few Ango players ready to retire, they have nothing to loose.

I also know that South's new coach has been in talks with a certain Kapunda player and is looking at signing him soon. Kapunda may not clear him but if money is offered then you never know. this is dead set!!

Ango this week in an HUGE upset!! Bascome to kick 5 and get reported.

Anything can happen in the grandy. Take last weekend for example. Torrens valley pays the most coin in country footy with Tanunda being second and got done by Kersbrook. Not saying that Ango will win.... But shit, it would be nice to see the box heads get brought down a peg or 2 by the underdog. Ango to intimidate early but Tanunda to break away at 3/4 time and win by 4 goals.
Prices for BOG:

Brenton "Tabasco sauce" Bascombe $1.05
Craig "Carl Williams" Harvey $2.85
Tom "Owen Wilson" Schiller $2.90

Word down Ango main street today is that Coach Hadden is looking to engineer a win similar to 2003.
May pull a few rabbits out of the hat.
Was walking down the milk isle at Angaston IGA and over heard the possible match up of:
B-TRAIN v Kennedy
Rumour was that Kennedy will once again fall short against Ango.

Dream match up for Kennedy, he could sell hot dogs with Sauce all day on that baboon.

The game will be won or lost in the middle as is the case week in week out.

Wells/Greenwood v Reimann/Dawes, Newberry v Harvey, Clarke tag Newberry.

Bain & Doeke on wings hold the keys to Angaston moving the ball forward

They wouldnt want to flick off the safety switch on the AK 47 , there would be more carnage then a afghany suicide bomber wanting to collect his 21 virgins.

I am sure Alex wouldnt mind missing a few early games next year if required.

Lets hope there are some fire works , would enjoy nothing more then watching the Panthers get there pants pulled down and sodemized by the Magpie Army.

Hardly think Alexander is going to cause carnage unless there is 21 wet lettuce leaves that need sorting out

Tanunda by a country mile for me, both sides have the best midfields but Ango have virtually nothing at either end compared to Tan. Tan just to well balanced and with last years experience they will trounce Ango and I can't see Ango going the muscle with Hads as the coach.

Popped over to have a look at Tanunda training tonight.
Managed to tune in my AK47 scope, ready for a JFK finale.
I also bumped into Ronnie Bailee this arvo. He was a little concerned about the panther machine.
Where are you Swooper? wanting to know your neutral opinion on the game.

Heard a rumor that South are Chasing ex reserves Magary medalist and South Clare footballer Scott Lewis.

He would be near insane going there.

I heard there is a little bad blood between Gilligan and the bombers so I would doubt he would be chasing a bomber to go with him (I would doubt they would go with him from what I hear).

Any clues on the bomber jumping ship.

People let's be honest here Ango would want to start now to beat Tanunda on the weekend. Tanunda by 7+ goals on the weekend. Everyone knows Ango are playing for 2nd spot so has everyone all year. Kennedy to make a mokery of ango's average defence and kick a bag. Newberry to be best on!!

lets be honest, there is only two kapunda players worth chasing. Taylor and Valentine. Valentine is married to kapunda(literally married to either a ryan, mickan or a mcarthy) so i would suggest that he would stay put. Taylor??? Doesnt appear to come across as a money hungry traitor but milligan may have had an impression on him. Kapunda would crazy to clear either of these two unless big $$$ are exchanged.
