England vs Australia-4th ODI

Postby Gozu » Sat Sep 12, 2009 5:44 pm

The match starts tonight at 6:30pm on both Fox and SBS. It looks like Ricky Ponting will be back in for us and supposedly the poms will be resting both James Anderson & Paul Collingwood. Stuart Broad is now available after an injury. We only need to win one of the four remaining matches to wrap up the series so could do that tonight with hopefully a clean sweep of the series on the cards.

I'll be watching the Crows game and just flicking over to the cricket during the ad breaks and halftime unless we're getting flogged.

Surprise ball from Watto, but how many times does the finger need to be raised? That was four times!

As much as i've grown to appreciate Watto as a batsman recently, his flaw against the straight ball is terrible. He has a massive technical flaw playing across his front pad and it needs to be sorted out. Hughes' flaw against the short ball was no where near as bad as Watto's issues playing across his front pad.

When are England going to stop playing their 2nd XI and play the best ODI team ?
Surely this cant be their No.1 team?
To continully to pick players like Boparra is a joke. He will win them a game as often as a nightwatchman makes a Double ton in Test cricket. Yes , it has been done, once in about 132 years (good onya Dizzy).
Still yet to make a 50 against Aust batting at No. 3

Still cant believe the Aussies Lost the Ashes to this mob of misfits. :?

Watto's doing his job though. A wicket and an opening partnership of 51.
