An upset brewing maybe?

Looks like whoever can kick straighter in the second half will win this one.

The answer is easy - NO. But having said that, going up a division is not a bad consolation prize IMO. Once season 2010 starts, the disappointment of losing a GF remains, but life goes on and the football club looks to the future in a higher division

go you hound doggies! unbelievable. thought BL had us wen they got 2 goals up in the 3rd and had the breeze in the last quarter. i think our rebound def won it for us. bad luck to the BL boys. the team to beat all season. it was a great match to be apart off. and also thank you to the clg boys for giving us a guard of honour at the start and all boys from paralowie n clg congratulating us. that is real footy spirit there

Who did you stand today? The 2 guys who were on Walts and Payney were by far the better players for the day for heccies. Payney was well held and walts only managed 2???. Your midfield work to get back was great all day which led to easy rebound out of the 50. Was a very tight contested game all day, I thought the same as you in the 3rd when the Lodge were on a roll but 2 late goals swung it back. Congratulations to Heccies. ge were off their game all day but I thought that was down to some good pressure by the hounds. Thats 3 close games this year, more to follow next year. Great crowd out there today as well. Made for a good atmosphere.

Bad luck to the Lodge lads, a great season which unfortunately didn't get the icing on the cake, but either way to make the GF and move up div has been a fantastic effort. This will definitely burn the lads all summer, so hopefully most will return next year for some revenge.

At least BL can rest comfortably in the knowledge that they would beat Henley or SHOCs B grade. ;)
