Well I suppose in Qld theres a Southport I suppose we could have a WestPort in adelaide :lol: :lol: :lol:

Would think it wouldn't happen because Port would drag Westies down ;)

Ahh can I be sacriliges (sp) I sampled the Westies BBQ for the first time and whilst good I didn't think it was any better than what I've sampled at Unley, Noarlunga, the Bay or Norwood.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

I have been someone that has not been a regular attendence to the westies BBQ. However on the weekend, it was probably the best i had tasted from there. It really is an icon in SA.

For the record, if Port and Westies merge, it would be so hard to barrack for anyside called ...Magpies, or with port in it.

I dont see it happening

WS Magpies has been used (in Sydney NSWRL: one of the founding clubs in 1908)
WA Magpies for mine ... but that's if it happens ...

if (& it wont) happen what would happen to the goalpost they chopped down in one of those grandfinals from the 50's ?
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway
