Beyond pathetic Australia.

Losing the toss a big one. Should be rotated.

we have just lost 6/36   .

Broad and Swann have bowled well but most of us would bowl good offies on this pitch.

Don't give it in yet people. We may not win this Test from here but i am very confident we won't lose still. Don't forget how fragile the Poms are both in ability and more importantly mentally. Will be a draw.

Edit: Maybe i'm wrong. The Aussies are looking pretty ordinary and it's only day 2. Unless there is a lot of rain there will most likely be a result :(

There will need to be a heap of rain for this one to be a draw. The pitch is doing way too much.

That rain will have to arrive very quickly and stay around for a few days.

Broad has turned the corner very quickly, couldn't get a wicket now has two consecutive 5 wicket hauls.

Pretty ordinary shot by Haddin there.

Surely with the tail of Siddle, Clarke and Hilfenhaus the message to Johnson must be to tee off now. Lets see how many he can get while he still has blokes at the other end.

Bit rough Purch it wasn't a great shot but he has been great this series and was going to fail at some point.

True, wyc, he has been very good this series. I guess all I'm saying is that if he's going to be 'world class' like his predecessors then he has to learn to stick it out under difficult circumstances, just like they did...and not just score runs when the going's relatively easy. This test match was a huge opportunity for him to show us exactly that...and it might still be yet. It was an awful shot - the shot of a new batsman at the crease who's a tad to anxious or overconfident, at a time when a level head is needed.

What a ridiculous 2 posts by you.

Have you been watching this series at all? It takes one Michael Clarke failure and then the bashers come out of the wood work again.

And the old "he only scores runs when it is easy argument", Can you please at least think of something original.

Agree Pup. Clarke has been fantastic and is one of the best batsmen in the world. He is no downhill skiier as some suggest.

Johnson having a swing now. Good to see. The way he plays best and it's our best chance to get closer to the total.

He didn't get anywhere near that. FFS why not just call the game off if the umpiring is going to be of that standard.
