It's the longest road trip in the SANFL! Couldn't imagine too many southees will waste their petrol...

As a long standing doggies supporter who has made the trip down south everytime I have been in Adelaide I can't help but  at these sentiments. True supporters are mad eof sterner stuff and support their club through thick and thin. All of you knockers of the AFL seem to forget that many Crows and Port supporters are dedicated enough to follow their teams inter-state and a relatively short car trip is seen as an imposition. Don't expect commitment from your players if you can't be committed yourself. Soft! :-q :butthead:

Hmmm... While I don't doubt you're a true supporter, I don't remember their being such a following for the Dogs when they weren't experiencing their current levels of success.

I'm sure there will be plenty of true Panthers supporters who won't make the trip out to Elizabeth this weekend. I wouldn't hold it against them. We're not all as good as you D4E... I wonder how many Dogs supporters would travel all the way to Noarlunga to see their team get pumped? Not too many I reckon...

My recollections of the big numbers of doggies supprters goes back to the 70s. Even though we had not tasted premiership success our supporters were know to be the loudest and most vocal in the league. All of my footy mates have regularly made the trip out to Noarlunga (work commitements etc permitting).
We used to be good :-(

I wil be looking forward to this game, and reading the report and checking out the pictures on the CDFC website with baited breathe,as I cannot make it due to other commitments,as I am back in the UK.But think that this will be a great game and CENTRALS will win by about 8 or 9 goals.YOU DOGS. :D :D :D :D :D :D :

There's normally a bouncy castle but alot of people confuse it with Kris Grant lying on his back.

CDFC fans might be interested to know that Nathan Grima today signed for another 2 years with the Roos, will put to bed some stupid rumours on their forum that he would quit AFL and play for the dogs!

That's right Dutchy, he was always a certainty to sign with the Bays and play with brother Toddy when the AFL career comes to an end ;)

Well, yes, I realise that, I was having a bit of fun, hence the ;)

It was a natural correlation to post something about him playing at the Bays with Todd there because up until him being re-signed by the Roos, there has been speculation and 'stupid' rumours that Nathan may head to Glenelg if he was to come back to SA.

I hope Justin Westhoff comes back to the Dogs with a better mind set than his brother Matthew when he returned from AFL duties. Matthew has struggled over the last month, even in the reserves and I noticed he isn't playing this weekend for the Dogs, I think he is injured as he wasn't training with the Power at Adelaide Oval on Wednesday when I snuck in for a quick look.

Justin could dominate tomorrow and kick a bag, but I guess we'll have to wait and see how he adjusts coming back to SANFL.

Doggies $1.02 South $11 - surely that is wrong. It should be more like $110.
I reckon if you are brave enough to pick South tomorrow you deserve more than an $11 return if they get up.

Go the panthers..

Let's win a game for Torney (and us supporters...) before the year is out.

Not having much luck with the afl demotions. Salter last week, Westhoff this week :?

Yep, I agree. South would be top if it wasn't for those damn afl demotions. Everything else they've got right!
