DW, I agree, and neither should be acceptable on the footy field, it's just that one will always have more sting than the other.

i played with a bloke who was a aboriginal and his nickname was curry in a hurry and i always called him cuz. One day someone called him a darky and all he did was laugh and say i am black u are white well one of us has a problem.

Whilst running messages for the GGFC B grade, in between bagging Johno for his helicopter goal kicks, I tend to occassionally try mess with an opponents head, nothing too dramatic, nothing too personal. A few weeks ago I encountered Dolphin Express on the ground, not knowing it was him until he sledged me back with 'Why don't you go and run your footy tipping comp'

Could barely get off the ground cos I was laughing so much !!!! Didn't even mention 'Ranga' 'old' 'fat' 'has been' etc etc....

Funny stuff though. Shame I missed him for a beer afterwards. Next time !!

I think Dolphin Express was too busy watching the helicopters to.... Coz i didnt see him get a touch haha

can you compare calling someone a fat prick to calling someone a black prick??

personally I think they are as bad as each other!
all the person is doing is looking at a feature of a person and then using that to create a problem or put that player off his game!
most of the time the fat guy knows his fat so cops it!
why doesnt the bloke who knows he is black cop it, cause im positive he knows his skin colour!

I think it is unfair to catergorise what sort of slurs are acceptable!

either everything is fair game or it is all of limits
