Molyneux was given the option of playing colts or A grade. 'Cos he won't get another chance at a colts premiership, he decided to play with his mates in the 17's for the major round. That's pretty much it.

Polito for the youth policy is a good call ;)

If thats the case, Polito to umpire by himself, no one else is up to it but would be funny if Herrmann umpires staffords 2 finals.

Polito and Whittaker jnr will be good senior umps in the next season or so. Probably bit early to give them a GF yet, but would not be disappointed if one or the other got a run.
Colbourne (did the inter-assoc game) and Hermann the likely picks DP 72

Number 9 would have to be young Lachie Hewitt.
This abuse against team mates at Gawler Central has been happening ever since Jesus played fullback for Jerusalem.
Or at least since the graduation of Jenner, Hill, Vivian, Hermann and the main instigator King.
It is common knowledge that if you let the Tigers get a start they will blow sides off the park in a glamorous free running game.
Conversely, when they get a few goals down they will self implode with destruction, when the likes of King start bad mouthing other players.
That is why there is the current perceived culture within the club at the dog track.
In my day I would have taken my team mate out the back and sorted it out donnybrook style.

I dont know where you guys get your info from but the players mentioned above are great leaders of the club and offer valuable encouragement to the young guys in the team. King is probably the most encouraging among them all.

you act close to the GC group... But the mail coming out of there suggests the highlighted statement is well and truely off the mark...
But I suppose its a case of 'he said she said'... Will just have to listen in closely when I watch them come finals time...

Well thats a failed experiment for Dawe, is he telling Crab they aren't going too far this season??

Maybe he is just sick of being sledged by Aaron 'the ant' King for making mistakes?

The mail on here about the ant king is nothing new to those at the tigers its common knowledge that he sooks when the chips are down and suffers from small man syndrome but he has given the tigers great service over the years which gives him a few more rights than any bright upstart.

King is like one of those annoying little chihauha's that barks at you from behind a big fence,
you want to jump over it and stomp on him but having the bite wounds on your ankle just isnt worth it.
Not sure his bitching at team-mates is overly 'Encouraging', tends to be negative and arrogant.
Full of crap on the cricket field too.
Not a bad a bloke off the field but, and has ability at both games,
would be invaluable to a team if he was mute.

Yes it is true that Prouse has been told he wont be required next year. This comes after the club told him that he would be the 2010 coach. A few players told the club if he stays they will go. As a loyal supporter of the legs i knew this year was going to be tough and the agreement was to blood some young lads then pick up some imports next year. The blokes running this club really do have a way with coaches. Who in their rite mind would want the job now? Its bad enough that we were crap this year without all this other sh*t.

unbvelievable, players that took the club to bottom with some massive losses are trying to say who can coach and who cant. im sensing a bit of jake king/ terry wallace here. only 2 players there that could offer any sort of opinion but IMO players should not dictate who is the coach.
gotta feel for prousey going through all the shit this year thinking there was upside next year

Makes you question if they shouldv'e got rid of Scott Leal if they were just gonna sweep the
rug out from under his replacement 1 year later.
Did someone ask earlier who number 11 is for Ango? Damn good question...
Think I saw him running around a coulple of weeks ago.....Handsome bugger.

South, Kapunda, Barossa and now Freeling...All new coaches for next year... an alarming trend in the BLG for the last 2 or 3 years...

My thoughts...

South - Would be chasing Milky Vivian really hard, if Kym retires this year he no longer has ties to Centrals...
Kapunda - The player coach they always wanted this year, Mal Greenwood was first preference I am led to believe
Freeling - My dark horse would be 'Bear' Eichner, done well with the 17's last 2 years, knows the youth
Barossa - Obviously already sealed as James...

95% of the players wanted scott to stay as coach, but the commitee saw it different and sacked him. This year the commitee wanted prouse but a few players didnt so they sack him. Someone work that out.

Can quite easily say that Corrie Eichner will not coach the A Grade next year? There are a number of people that the club are in talks with, you will find that the football club will definitley go forward next yaer with some handy recruits already confirmed.

Very bad darts by a club that doesn't seem to have much of an idea at times. But they probably dont give a toss, they know their success of failure relies on how much money they can line imports pockets with in any given year.
