The guy is insanely good...quite literally head and shoulders above the competition...he himself reckons his fitness is only 85% and was running into a 'vicious headwind'

That was gold. Bolt is just jogging and the cameraman is going flat out trying to keep up

I went to bed before the final but had seen a couple of the heats in the last 2 nights.
In the quarter final he slowed down with 50m to go, had a chat with the fella next to him, looked around, was smiling to everyone and still ran 10.03
In the semi, he slowed down after 30m and clocked 9.89
The scary thing is that it looks like the man can run a lot faster ... but why would he when absolutely no-one can get close.
What an awesome athlete.

He was on Top Gear a few weeks back as the 'Star in a reasonably priced car'. Seems like a really sweet guy...funny, confident wthout being an arrogant dh...
