Always a possibility, he and Troy played together at North Adelaide.

Coming from a Barmera bloke dont you think thats a bit unfair? Poaching Boatswain with big coin and wrecking the young blokes season.

So Waikerie could have Pete Smith and Boatswain in black and white next season

Had nothing to do with big coin, and he was the one looking around. As for wrecking his season, you've got to be kidding dont you?

To be honest JB, wouldn't you guys want to get good players?

And lastly, I see nothing wrong with approaching players from other clubs.

It's completely down to the individual to decide they want to change, the club just provides that initial avenue.

Glad I started a bit of Friday morning biffo.

Changing the subject, how funny was the lookalike in the Pioneer today? I was laying in bed this morning reading the paper and as soon as i saw the pic, i burst into hysterics. Missus ran in and was wondering what the hell was going on. It was only then that I read the Pioneer boys had the same reaction when it was sent in to them.

He's by far the best player running around in Riverland footy at the moment. Without a doubt.
