Surely P. Fiaacchi deserves to be in the league 21 before Brodie Smith.
Let B Smith earn his stripes in the reserves.
There appears to be an anti senior players theme.

As predicted, Passador has to do his pennance in the reserves for 2 or 3 games.

Another example of Fuller picking his favourites instead of the best 21. The sooner Fuller goes the better for the club.

But everyone knows he is fullers lovechild so expect him to play the remainder of the season in the A's.

According to Champion Data stats, he also had 14 handballs for a total of 18 disposals. He also had 4 tackles so I would suggest Fuller rates him not so much for his disposal, more to the fact he is hard at it.

Holden78's negativity ending soon I'd like to see that.

Are the SANFL trying to wean us off more games at Thebby?

Every club deserves the chance to play at Thebby wedgie. South are the last remaining club yet to play the Eagles at Thebby since footy's been back there.

Good point and one I hadn't considered, I'm probably coming more from the angle that I'd like to see more games there and if that's not possible higher profile games there as if its a lower profile game and there's a poorish crowd the SANFL will just use that as ammo for not playing further games there which would be a real shame.

Agreed in part on that one wedgie. I'd love to play North and Port there next season.

I would have thought Fitzgerald and Fairclough (yes I know holden doesnt rate him he would have been handy against norwood) Passador and redden one of those 4 should have come in as well

Are you guys kidding me or have you forgotten all parts of the Woodville West Torrens football clubs history. Thebby will be forever a part of our history and for that reason you need to continue playing games at Thebby.

I think as I might have said before, two is good enough for me. Particularly if costs are a factor, but I reakon we could get a crowd of 5000+ if a match is scheduled in Round 1 against Glenelg or Port for example. And that would help alleviate costs a little.

If advertised well enough, a game in the Copper Triangle would fetch a decent crowd I'd imagine. The only home matches we have had in the country were in Whyalla (1995) and Clare (1998).

While it is a few years ago now, I believe a far bit of effort was put into getting Kadina up to scratch for a Port v Crows trial game (2004??). Eagles should have taken advantage of this by helping with maintenance, with a view to this - costs would have been less as most of the work already done.

FWIW I'd like to see us have just one night game at Adelaide Oval early in the year

Please tell us how firstly we needed Fairy against Norwood , and in what capacity whould he have been of use ? Henley is calling for him unless South want him next year , seems like thats a good fit to go back where his father played . Dribble Mickyj !

Holden you are on the money (for a change ;) ) re young Fairclough. South would love him back wearing his Dad's old number 14 but Henley is an option depending on who coaches Eagles next year.
