James promising to bring Pearce from Kersbrook is completely untrue, Pearce is a born and bred Kersy boy and something pretty huge would have to happen for him to leave I would think as his father is the President of the club, not saying it couldn't happen.Roger has promised Pearce for $500 a game

If Pearce is worth $500 in the BLG ill stand rooting. Lets just remember the league he has played in only has 3 decent teams. The rest get beaten by 20+ goals.

James will only help the Barossa footy club and the BLG. Never know with DEW just retiring he might want a few hundred each week. lol

20k for roger isn't really over the top when you consider all the additional merchandise they will sell

The Don wagon is starting to roll?????
Roll where????? Not finals.....
No point starting to roll when you are 4 feet from the bottom of the hill.
Write Ango off at your own peril....For if they hit full strength come finals.....
There may yet be some blue & white ribbons on the cup this year.
Time will tell.

Ok Queen Vic, guess that means you are making a bit up as you haven't got names and I know for certain two or your replies are false, you need to back up your comments.

I have been speaking to some people from Barossa and the club at this stage have no sponsors pulling out.
No money is be talked about on what James is getting.
I heared the B's coach is going. I beleive he has told the club.
No talk about players going. Some players very unhappy about Ryan Nelson's sacking but not about leaving.
I asked about players coming with James and no names have been said.

Willaston by 4 goals - the Don Wagon is just starting to hit full speed, lucky for Ango there's only 2 games left
Tanunda by 15 goals - south to find out how big the mountain is
Centrals by 7 goals - easy win
Nurioopta by 12 goals - the poor old leggies will enjoy this beating more than any other game this year

Agreed with Willaston to beat to Angaston PH. They will be approaching this one like there GF.

AK to kick another big bag against the Angle Vale Lions. Not even Craig " Ernie " Hiskins could shut him down.

CC, I find it funny why someone who isn't linked to barossa would do so much background work on the Barossa Football Club,

Tell me CC, Why did the B's Coach quit................... Hmmmm

As for sponsors pulling out, It takes a lot of puppies to be a sponsor at that level he was, a little clue for you CC, I know you know what that means

Took the misses up to the Pub for Seafood night and the word at the front bar just seven players on the track training tonight,

Queen Vic. I know people that are at Barossa.
As for the B's coach not sure....Just been told this.

As for the puppies thing......What the?????????

Barossa have a bye this week and their A's & B's are not in the finals race. Maybe that why they are very low in numbers
If I see it I say it.

I understand a former Football Director owns a Pet Shop. Was he the sponsor who has pulled out ? If so, his name is Brian Harris who I think is a very loyal Bulldog man and strong supporter of the ex coach. From what I have heard around the whispering wall, the B grade coach(Fuller) was considering going on next season but the club may have other strong candidates they are considering. No names at this stage and NO I don't believe it has anything to do with the appointment of Roger James.

I would have thought Fuller would have been worth another crack. Hasn't had much to work with this year and did take the job on. Gave his all then got shit on

I heard a rumor this morning that Kapunda players were told last night that coach Milligan will not be re-appointed next year. Anyone heard this? What are Kapunda doing? They have to give a coach more than one year surely. Maybe they are trying to get the playing coach they were looking for last year?

Willaston can approach this game however they like,
though I am not sure they will be handing out any premiership medallions afterwards.
I would've thought being a dead rubber that Willaston may have lost interest in 2009,
Ango can afford to rest players with stubbed toes and bruised eyelashes in order to have them 100% for
week 1 of the finals, coz there is very, very little that either side can 'gain' out of this game or for that matter any
other game for the next 2 weeks, besides maybe a quality hit-out to experiment some stuff.

Perhaps the great turrell is going to coach them after his stint with the roosters.

not sure there has ever been a benefit in resting players before finals unless they are broken down, all good coaches would use every minute thats left to fine tune things for that 80 minute dance if you get there. Stting on the sidelines or running laps during the week has never made any player i know 100%.
