Knew a Sqn Ldr called Michael Hunt who loved answering the phone 'OC Supply...Mike Hunt speaking'

Worked with a Chris Moss who would go thermo nuclear if anyone called him Christmas.
Also a lad called Foster Grant as in the sunglasses and a lad we thought was called Gary until an official letter arrived in the mail addressed to Gaylord (first name).

As for nicknames the best I knew was a Navigator called Flt Lt Tickle...obviously his nickname was Tess

I went to school with a kid called Paul Ennis (P.Ennis). Parents should've had some sense of humour and called him Ted, or Trev!

Anyway, there is a guy playing in the major leagues in America named Rich Hardens.

Don't think anyone has mentioned this guy yet.

The manager of Blair House, the guest mansion for dignitaries visiting the US President is......

Randy Bumgardner =))

Proof from the Washington Post...

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/ar ... s_metro/dc

According to Randy Bumgardner, Blair House's general manager and assistant chief of protocol, there are three kinds of visitors who typically are invited by the president to stay at Blair House: visiting chiefs of state or heads of government; the president-elect for several days before the inauguration; and former first families during state funerals.
