Cook out
Bopara out
Bell out
Swann out
Onions out
The only one who could think themself unlucky IMO is Onions the rest have been crap all series.
Does this mean Ramprakash is a realistic chance of playing in the 5th test

No not confirmed.
All five mentioned have been released to play County Cricket during the break between tests to regain some form or at least try, They have not been dropped from the English side for the 5th test.
