Hmmm a fustrating day for us, Could have won both u/17 and A grade, but it seemed the boys celebrated too early and Souths pounced. The B grade is struggling. Stoeckel had to do everything and he ran out of legs before 3/4 time.

Bostons lost to Mallees by about 80 points too.

Also, congratulations to Eyre United for winning their first game of the year against Ramblers.

What happened at Wangary.
I stayed in town and watched tv and see Luke Harder put in a real good effort for Port Maggies against West Adelaide. 18 possessions, 4 marks and 2 goals

congratulations to the saints on their 1st win they could of thrown in the towell but kept battling so well done.
We managed 2 knock off lock by 2 goals in a very close physical game
and yellana by all reports beat cougars which will make this week very interesting.

Yellana play eyre united and only have 2 win to get 2nd spot
ramblers have 2 beat us then hope Eu can win again to get 2nd spot
and lock play cougars the winner gets 4th and the loser is out

Personally I reckon Cougars have been the best side we've come up against all year. I would think they'd have too much leg speed for Lock but they've been pretty inconsistent so it should be a good match. I reckon Cougars would see it as a wasted opportunity this year if they miss out on the 4.

And yes, it was bloody good to finally get a win on the board!!

so eags, napoleon was it a big night at the ungarra clubrooms saturday night then?
we have played cougars and lock in the last 2 weeks and i think lock will get up. they have finally started to get a full side on the park so i think they will be to good by about 3 goals.
both sides will see it as a missed opportunity if they miss finals as they both have really good lists just havnt been consisntent enough or been able to get their full sides on the park enough
