LF Sounds like Goolwa and SFL have lots in common police incidents!!!!

You tosser!! The coin we spend? We have 4 paid players and of the remainder, every single one resides in Goolwa and there are 15 players under 25 (which included 2 senior colts). Injury and unavailble list included Kenn Campbell, Ben Yeomans, Michael McGuinness, Mark McGuinness and Tom Fergusson who would be our 5 quickest players. It also included Dustin Hirst, who is a former captain and most experienced player. Whitey did a hammy before half time (leading goal scorer)

The performance was poor and it is not been accepted but to be 6 and 9 with 2 winnable games to come we have certainly gone forward this year. Go back to the SFL shoe boy and discuss all the police incidents from your weekends matches.

Yes Rooblood you are once again spot on. The police have been called to the Goolwa Oval on 76 separate occassions this season.

The Drought has broken!!! Tigers by 15 pts against the Mudlarks..set up with 5 to 2 third quarter...word is Kym Koster played his last match and yes Greg Whittlesea played and this will be his last game.

that is not a win!!! thats a loss! if find it amusing when sides say that a close loss against sides such as willunga and langhorne creek are as good as a win! and the truth is they aren't! A loss by 1 point is the same as a loss by 20 goals (obviously despite the obvious difference in %) close losses dont get points on the board!!!

id say theyve still brought something out of the game still buddy it is a loss and no premiership points but just before finals id much rather lose by a few points than what happened in the grand final last year. they now will believe in themselves that they arent far away and willunga have given them a sniff

things are getting very interesting for the last 2 rounds! 3rd position will go for the match between strath and compass.. and in the last round top spot will be the match between langhornes and willunga!

yeh fair point but i personally believe its just false hope, i mean take last year for example, strath beat willunga in the last round and then got belted in the GF!! finals are a lot different ball game and the minor round clashes count for very little when september comes around!

Credit to the Willunga lads holding off a late charge from the Roosters. Willunga weren't playing a team lacking motivation, as Strath desperately needed to win this game to try and seal up top spot. To come home with the points is a massive positive for the Dees. Plenty of work to do in this last stretch though.

Was a send-off at Strath too, interested to see if anyone else saw it? Pretty poor.

Going to go out on a "LIMB" here and say my tip for the GF will be Langhorne to knock off Willunga by under 10 points, in what will seem like an upset and will finish off Simmo's coaching career at Langhorne Creek.

Unfolded right before my eyes TW.
Not surprised he has a broken jaw - Surprised it was only that.

Unsure whether the umpire saw the incident, but he handed the offender the send-off anyway - Unprovoked, cowardly act of thuggery. Should be rubbed out for the remainder of the year.

Is a pity BJ is up in the snow - Would love to hear his take on the incident and the repercussions.
