Surely you jest - seen North play lately? Even with a half fit Alleway back in won't change how we have recently been playing. Still, could we play any worse - so maybe we are due???

When was the last time you blokes beat the Bays ? 2006 ? You have to be due soon. Glenelgs form although winning, has been far to patchy. If a side turns up to play, and the Bays are slightly off the boil, then we could be due for a loss....

Maybe but at least with you guys off the boil you have still been winning. We are so far "off the boil" we have to refill the kettle!

I'm normally against Sunday games but am looking forward to a World of Warcraft marathon on Saturday! :D
There could be more entertainment at the Taj Mahal (Grog Squad bar down the southern end) than on the field I've been told so I'll make sure I get the camera out this week! :D

Sounds interesting

Richard Douglas wont be lining up for Glenelg, he has been called up to cover for McKay of the Crows.

Interesting, I have a Bays fan telling me on another topic saying they've improved on 2008 and one here saying its patchy.
The Bays of last year would win this Sundays game by 20 goals, if they don't Ill have to assume the poster on this thread is closer to the mark.

Bays to smash the roosters this Sunday by 11-14 goals.

I don't think our form in 2009 has been anywhere near 2008 yet. Hopefully the Bays are building to that. Fence sitting I don't think so considering I've tipped North in my footy tips.

Just generalising mate, I agree with you in your observation about the form of the Bays too.

In the Footy Liftout of today's Advertiser mate, they had Griffin (6), Symes (15) and Douglas (26) as their 3 emergencies...

winning 5 home games by less than a goal to ordinary sides doesnt make great form for us....but...at least we are winning i guess...... good sides do find a way to win....or draw....

i think its 5 anyway.....

I share that feeling... Nothing to base it on and, after last weeks game, it would defy logic, but I reckon they might get up. The Bays have been on the good side of quite a few close ones this year...

Roosters by 2 goals...
