not sure if anyone is going UP it, im a bit far away from the action but i think Klun is coming back down. There are always a few that head up tho from the ressies and 19's etc...

new concept coming to Lincoln......... whats ebveryones thoughts???

AFL Recreational Football has been played in the Eastern states for about 2 years and was played in Adelaide as well as some regional centre’s in SA last year. It is a fun game designed for the Social football fan. It is an 8 per side game with at least 3 women playing at any one time. It is non-contact and players are in zones, a bit like netball. Only forwards can score and if a female scores a goal it is worth 9 points. The field is 100m x 50m and the game goes for 4 x 10 minute quarters. The cost is $30 per person for the season, this includes a hat, drink bottle and drawstring carry bag for each player. There is also a $5 game day fee.

No "confirmed" ins for us, yet, self proclaimed "super coach" Biggles says he's moving to Brisbane at the end of Oct. Thats about it so far other than four players from last years U16 premiership WILL play A-Grade all year when available, Luke Harder going to Adelaide for footy when pre-season starts, other 3 as far as i know will play all year.

On a footy note..... all the best to Minya 'covey' Goodwin (possibly also Plumbers Mate) and Paul White who head up to Darwin both for 18 months..... two fair and fine exponents of the game..... first game Sat week..... keep in touch fellas.
