I doubt we can kick North out if you look at the draw there is every chance we will be 1/2 a game behind them when we meet in the second to last round at Richmond. ( And that's if we can beat the Eagles at Woodville)

Even if we manage to win that game they have South in the last round and we have Glenelg.

So all things being equal we have to beat the 3 of the top 5 teams we play (expecting to loose to Sturt) and North have to loose to 2 teams in the bottom 4 for us to make it.

They should cancel 5th position this year, pointless really.

The SANFL did that one year and there was an almighty cry from Alberton as Port finished fifth .Following year it was back

I was about to say the exact same thing. Never mind whether North are gone - South are definitely gone for as long as Honor is at the club. His grand final tipping record (0 from the last 5) and coaching record leaves a lot to be desired.
