we struggled most of the day due to legs intensity passion commitment i havnt seen that from them for a few years in the end we were good enough to get the win. i think we are missing sellar i think his absence has coincided with our average form
it was good to meet up with mal deja bayman littlebayman.
the way we have played the last few games i give us little or no hope of beating north

You had the right idea though CP, next to the floaters in the Bar, you just gotta have a few (dozen) coldies.

The floaters are a great idea, but to me it's not the same unless it's 3am with a skinfull. Pissed off that the cinemas at the Parade killed off the pie cart there.

Anyway, back on topic ... the Bays will have to play very well to beat the Roosters next week, regardless of their (Roosters) current form.

And the holding-the-ball decision against Chris Hall, thereby discounting a certain goal to Glenelg as said player was blatantly pushed in the back at the top of the goalsquare as he ran to the open goal, didn't help Norwood's cause? Take off the eyepatch Connie, it went both ways.

Fair call it always goes both ways, but you're on drugs if you reckon that was in the back mate .. Coincided with a time a Bays mate was with me, and he said the player was "gone" before the umpire did .. Bad example mate, Im sure there's better options to choose from!

that is toungue in cheek surely? or maybe you were on your 14th ted? that was the worst decision i have seen all bloody year!

Surely wasn't, although I will concede it wasnt the most perfectly executed tackle, Ive seen worse calls than that one for sure ... Interestingly several Bays fans in this topic alone also thought it was HTB, each to their own I guess.

Don't like watching replays of losing matches but I guess Ill have to grab a copy of this one.

Stone, motherless holding the ball and anybody who says otherwise has obviously watched way too much AFL to be taken seriously.

Glenelg players were diving all day so the ump probably thought it was just another dive. :)

I must day I didnt see what happened to the glenelg player off the ball, in the last qtr. Just saw him on the ground after Rowston went "Look at me! Look at me! I'm gonna make a decision, take the ball away from Norwood, gift glenelg a goal and swing the momentum back to glenelg. I'll be remembered for this one!"

Anyone see or know what actually happened? ie Soft or was actually there?

Willoughby was taken out by a Norwood bloke no where near the ball. The free was there.

Taken out how? Fist, elbow, bump? Norwood had the ball so it's difficult to understand why.
