Great captaincy by Punter not to give the new ball to Johnson ;) . Well done to Choco got the hardest one out the way the first one a nice catch. Well done to Siddle got us off to the start we needed.

I'm not sure Bopara is good enough to nick the ball on this pitch.

we [AUSTRALIA] has a wicketkeeper

Did we see Chokos catch to make it 1 for 2
Might have been 0/6 if the previous keeper was still in the team ....

Damnnnn shame should be an interchange in cricket
MANOU to keep
HADDIN to bat

I hope the Hilf can get this ball talking soon to remove Strauss now would be huge. Bopara will get himself out soon enough.

No sympathy at all from me.

If you don't offer a shot to a ball like that you deserve to be given out.

what sort of comment is that, you have to be out to be given out not matter if you played a shot or not

We have already had this argument on this thread.

And no you do not have to be out to be given out. I thought it was out and i think nearly every umpire in the world would have given it at full speed, Each to their own but i don't waste my time complaining about 50/50 decisions like that.

I thought that in the 1st Test that they hardly gave a yelp, and when they did, it didn't last long. This one sounds like their standard 10+ minute chants like they used to do.

The ball is not doing anything for the Hilf hopefully this is his last over, he ain't bowling too badly just Strauss is happy to play shots because he knows it ain't swinging.
