Tried to write just a couple and before I knew it had about 12, here's my list whittled down in no particular order
You Know the Name (Look Up the Number)-The Beatles
Hey Ya-Outcast
Life On Mars-David Bowie
Are You Experienced?-Jimmy Hendrix
Beer Can-Beck
Kashmir-Led Zeppelin
If I can choose one that just doesn't belong, it'll be The Eagles with "James Dean". Sounds as though it has been stuck together with sticky tape.
I'm gonna sit back, crack the top off a Pale Ale, and watch the Double Blues prevail
1915, 1919, 1926, 1932, 1940, 1966, 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1974, 1976, 2002, 2016, 2017

That's what we've been saying all along. Any joker with the technology can reproduce the generic shit of today. Let me know when you can play the keyboard as well as John Lord or the lead as well as Jimmy Page. Pfffft.

LMAO@Rolling Stone. A number of Led Zeppelin songs were in their list but every time a new Zeppelin album came out their reviewers trashed the shit out of it. Of course now RS recognise Zep for the legends they were and of course, they always rated Zeppelin. Fargen Twats.

Yeah they don't have long memories do they? In 1978 they named Shot by both sides by Magazine as the song of the year. No sign of it in the top 500.Apparently now even Rod Stewart's "Do you think I'm sexy?" is better :?
