Why is it an issue whether or not the numbers are sewn on or printed as a part of the jumper Dutchy ???

Was going to ask the same myself. Also, isn't that a supplier issue, not a club issue?
They don't keep me here because I'm gorgeous and 5'10

Surely you meant to add smiley faces afterwards Dutchy ?
I'm sure this important issue will be raised at the next AGM.

The away jumper is only used when there is a colour clash and there isn't when we play Glenelg so it wasn't used.

This clash jumper talk has reminded of something I'd like to see in 2010.

Teams that dont need a clash/away jumper not have one. (ie North, Sturt)
Teams that do need a clash/away jumper have one (ie South)

Silly for Norwood to wear an away jumper at home. Although this year with the away guernsey we've won more than with the traditional one :?

I actually asked a Central offiicial about this during the Westies game at Richmond, the first away game we hadn't worn the white jumper so far this year, and was told the players have chosen not to wear it any more as they don't like it and apart from when the Eagles wear their blue jumper, there isn't really any gurnsey clashes with other clubs.

So the white away jumper for the Dogs has been hung out to dry for good !!

I wonder if North's players are allowed to speak up about our horrible / gay alternative jumper???

The Eagles wear their yellow jumper which takes away the clash factor, plus the 2 sides will now only meet again possibly in finals and so they will just wear the yellow one then as well.

Remember back to early 2000's, Central's played in a couple of GF's against the Eagles in their blue jumpers and the Dogs wore their usual one so there was no issue back then.

BP I think there is a clash with the Eagles blue and has been for a long time. It is hard to pick the difference. I remember years ago the Central cherrsquad started cheering when the Eagles side ran out the colours were so similar. Very embarassing!

Are you sure BP as I think that the Eagles have stopped wearing the Gold one when at home, case in point was the Sturt game this year at Fortress Woodville, we wore the blue Eagles one and Sturt wore their away one, I still got confused a little bit.
