I don't think that Centrals have played a game this year with their best, available and full strength side.
These are the players on their current injury list:
Ashley Duncan: Hamstring (Indefinite)
Justin Hardy: Thigh (1 week)
Daniel Havelberg: Hamstring (3 weeks)
James Moss: Hip (Season)
Of the players on that list Daniel Havelberg would have to be a 100% definate starter in their best 21 and Justin Hardy would probably force his way into that side as well. James Moss hasn't played at all this season and will not resume this year while it looks as though Ash Duncan, who is a definate player of the future and one to watch, is gone for the year as well.
In terms of AFL players that have qualified (so far) for SANFL finals, Brad Symes and Jon Griffin from the Crows would slot into the Dogs 21 as well. Although it is getting late in the season, it isn't without possibility that Justin Westhoff could end up qualifying while brother Matthew and untried AFL ruckman Jon Giles are qualified from the Power.
Then from the reserves, players such as Adam Switala, Jonathon Giles, Leigh Westhoff, Thomas Dunne, Charles Slattery and Luke Barmby have all played league footy and could step in if needed. On top of that, there is talent like Daniel Menzel, Ben Nason, Luke Habel, Sean Brading and Dave Allocca all playing well in the 2's and would be capable at league level if an opportunity should arise.
I think the league side listed above is about 80% full strength and the biggest inclusion IMHO will be Daniel Havelberg who adds versatility and KPP class. The biggest problem for the Dogs this season has been in part not having a full compliment of available personell but more importantly, not playing 4 consistent quarters in the 1 game. I think the Doggies are a good chance to upset the Bays tomorrow, can't wait for it.
