Freddie is always the first to shake hands with the Aussies after a match take for example the initial reactions of the English after the win last night, the first thing Freddie did after picking up a stump was shake hands with Johnson and Hilf. While the rest were patting each other on the back...
He is a fierce competitor who seems like a genuine bloke, see the Brett Lee commiserations in the 2005 series...
Also I will declare that I am an England fan so I have my asbestos undies on, in preparation of a flaming...![]()

I think he's been a reasonable player and is good for the game.
I also acknowledge that he's regarded as a good bloke by team-mates and opposition.
My point is more about the hypocrisy of the Aussie bashers, from home and away, who are quick to jump on our blokes but forget about the foibles of the opposition in their jealous haste to post judgement and form opinions on our players.
Hence my question, why is Brett Lee considered a prat for his celebration and Flintoff not (especially as Lee seems quick to commiserate with fallen opponents as well).

Although, I must admit I'm probably trying to forget some of my over the top wicket/goal celebrations from my younger days
