Guys on 5AA are saying Tyson Edwards has done his hammy at training and wont play against the Saints so they are saying out of the emergencies in Phil Davis (North), Richard Douglas (Glenelg), Brett Burton (Eagles) and the elevated Brodie Martin (Sturt) Brett Burton is the most likely to come in so he will possibly miss the Centrals game.

Look I am sitting here Eagles fans pre the team Email .I am not sure what I am feeling but after getting Rons coaches comments .I am feeling rather perplexed .
Ron blaming 3 experienced players.Ron playing one of those on the wing the two previous weeks and then move him to a HFF where he had struggled earlier in the year, and I think he will be dropped this week .And putting on the wing the injured returning Crow who I could have out run last week.anyone who watched me walk down the GS steps will be laughing.
I also heard from a second hand source comments made by Ron to a leading seconds player.who when promoted not getting much if any game time .when asked by said player being told I dont you ,so why select him why have at the club!!!

Sorry but I am perplexed. :?
Now going by my 20yo's theory its an on week for the Eagles so they may well win.

The Eagles always lift when they play us, 2 of their better games this year being against us. This time though, the side should be hungry after last weeks disappointment and will be hell bent on defending their home turf.

With our home record, we'll win by 4 points.

Sadly this will be the second game this year I'll be missing, as I'll be in Melbourne, but will be following the live scores on here (thank God for Internet on mobile phones), and hopefully look forward to watching the replay on my HDD Monday arvo.
They don't keep me here because I'm gorgeous and 5'10

Some fantastic ins for Centrals.

Very surprised Henderson was dropped - I thought he was one of our best last week.

Ruck Dabrowski Corbett Cicolella
Int Redden Sumner Wright
Daniel

Reserves

Eagles team not saying I am happy with the forward line but I am happy that Grocke is back .How westbrook slots back in after 2 weeks out injured no idea.
But we have lost our goal kicking forwards IMHO.
I expect Cheep to play on the wing symmons in a pocket wright or daniel to drop out

And a big well done if youngster Sumner plays his first game

This weekend the League side takes on Central District at Hamra Homes Oval. This game will be Justin Cicolella’s 200th League game for the Club. Justin has been an outstanding servant of this football club. It would be great to see you at the footy, cheering on Justin and the boys!

Even if you can not make it out to Elizabeth, make sure you get back to the Club after the game to help Justin celebrate his outstanding achievement.

The Eagles have included Grocke, Symmons, Sumner, Wright, Daniel, Westbrook and Corbett in the squad of 22. Passador, P Fiacchi and Allmond are out injured and Broadbent, Salter and Burton have been taken by their AFL clubs.

Yeah, thanks for that UK Fan.

The Central web site re-posted the team saying there was a mistake with Giles named in the reserves and on the league bench.

As you mentioned, Jonathon Griffin is on the league interchange and Giles, a little unlucky, will play reserves. I just thought Griffin may have needed a week in the 2's having not played for close to a month but aparently he trained the house down at the Crows today.

BTW mate, Jonathon Griffin is spelt G R I F F I N, not E N, jsut thought I'd let you know my friend, so you don't make the same mistake again in future.

No, not at all UK Fan, why would you think that and I know it is a figure of speech but how is typing and posting related to voice

I edited the post to correct your spelling of J.Griffin, it is with an " i " not an " e " as you had adjusted it to. But the main reason for my reposting was that I wanted to include the Under 18's squads as well, but if it upsets you so much, I can remove it for you...

I don't think Nick Salter will play for the Power and will line up for the Eagles despite not being named for them orignally and I don't know that Burton is a certainty to go up to the Crows side, they might replace Tyson Edwards with Richard Douglas.

I don't think Slater will either. I think he will be commentating on the ashes :)

Good luck to Matthew Broadbent in his AFL debut, thoroughly deserving of his opportunity...

And Nick Salter, not Michael Slater, will line up for the Eagles I reckon Dogmatic ;)
