The funny thing is despite losing to West, James Gowans coming to the end of his career, and the dynasty coming to an end. We are still sitting 2nd and are looking good for the double chance.
No panick stations at the Dogs, we were just outplayed by a more commited side on the day. That will be rectified on the track this week and with the players to come into the side we probably have the most room for improvement out of all the top 6 sides.
Mate, I really don't care if centrals win or lose unless they're playing Sturt, I was very happy for Westies in doing to Centrals what Centrals do so well, it shows alot of unity and progress in a club that has been struggling, so I'm happy for them. So what! That you choose to see it as you've explained it is up to you, I've never said such, so maybe it says more about you and how you approach things than me.
I have commented alot on James Gowans from this match because of his antics and that it seems more and more (to an outside observer) that he seems to be very frustrated with something this season, more so than any other year. Going by the explanation of his actions during saturdays game on this forum, I'd be concerned if a player from my team acted like that and I'd think Roy Laird would be too. So I've commented on something that most have also and once or twice had a bit of a joke at James' expense.
I still maintain that very few clubs would seriously consider drafting either of the Gowans at this stage in their careers.
