Do I detect a bit of wishful thinking there WT?

To think we have been one of the sides in recent seasons that have been accused of being overly reliant on AFL listed players. I would imagine it is going to be difficult for Brent Reilly to force his way into a winning Crows line-up, but if he does we will cover him.

How will the Eagles go if they lose the likes of Burton & Broadbent? Again I would think WWT supporters are hoping the Crows leave him in SANFL ranks for one more week.....

Perhaps a little generous in my assessment of the surface but at the end of the day the ball bounces true and the players will find if they have the correct boots on it won't be a problem.

I get a little peeved when people bag the playing surface. I feel a lot of the criticism is based on how it was in 2005 and 2006 and that seems to have stuck. At that time the oval was very ordinary but a fair bit of work has gone into improving it. The lack of rain over the last two winter's helped also.

Unley Oval will be ready to go this Saturday and the best side will take the two points.

My arguement still stands.

Unley is in better nick than Woodville. End of.

At least we can spread our seating out at the Fortress unlike the half a ground at the playground. ;)

It won't be in better nick for the League match if the weather forecast is anything to go by.

Can't argue with you there ME, there is always plenty of vacant space at Woodville Oval.

So how about the game Budgie fans? The only prediction of sorts so far has come from holden78 who thinks Eagles by 8 points IF it is wet and boggy......Not exactly supremely confident.

All be tuning in to AA at 4.30 eagerly awaiting the Crows line up?

There's more space at the other grounds then there is at Unley.

Eagles by 11 points.

Its a dead argument about the WWT fan size .I can only occupy so many spaces at woodville mind u last week I wasn't included in the official figures silly red coat . ;) (there was around 3000 MT last week)
Interesting to note all the talk and perhaps there should be about Burton.Just remember he didn't play the entire game, and was one of 3 forwards who kicked 12 goals between them .Last time Passador and Salter didnt play against sturt .Of course Salter burton broadbent petrenko could all get called up this week .

Not certain it will all be sturts way just depends on the day if WWt can play the way did the last 3 terms last week .

Will Brett Burton stay in the SANFL for another week or will he make his AFL comeback bang on 12 months after doing the knee...

Reilly has been recalled to the Crows and Shirley has been demoted and should line up for WWT. That's certainly a leg up for the budgies.

It's not all good news for the Eagles however as Broadbent looks to be the travelling emergency for Port.

I still believe Sturts best will be too good on our home deck.

Bring it on.

The Crows have added Brent Reilly and Simon Goodwin and dropped Robert Shirley and Richard Douglas...

So Brent Reilly goes from the Sturt line up and the Eagles gain the services of Robert Shirley...

Brett Burton has another week in the SANFL and is now only 1 week away from qualifying for SANFL finals...

Matthew Broadbent added to the Power squad and may be a chance to make his AFL debut but could also be the travelling emergency as well...

Were both Westbrook and Hier the two that were dropped from the initial squad last week?
