To become an extremist, hang around with people you agree with.

I do hang around with people who dont agree with me they are called "co workers" majority are women (so I'm always wrong) and the majority of them are "brown Noses" so I'm always wrong .
Even when I don't talk in the lunch room at work I'm told I'm wrong !!!!

A common problem with dominantly female workplaces Micky. What you need to do is buddy up with the pack leader and get her on side, if she is not too ugly...
