So - update for anyone not near a TV

70 mins of play and no break of serve as yet

Fedex won the first 7-6 (7-3), and Federer is up 5-4 in the second with Haas to serve to stay in the set (and the match!).

The William's sisters won their semi final (doubles) 6-1 6-2 to make the Women's doubles final together - yes, together "again".

Hmm, not least of which was the ladies wheelchair doubles with Aussie Di Toro winning her round 1 match/semi final with her British partner and storming straight into the final. If they win that, they might be in for a lap of honour at the first Ashes Test together!

Well, next up we have the A-Rod with his glamorous wife Brooklyn Dekker in his box, up against the local hopeful A-Mur, who will be no slouch in the ladies stakes today either if he invites Miss Scotland and Miss England back to watch this game - they were good luck charms for his QF!

In these tough economic times, should Channel 9 have sent Ken Sutcliffe over to Wimbledon? I mean, what the hell does he do all day?

He doesn't even wear a beige safari suit. They should have used Richie to save themselves the cash they are spending on Kenny Sutcliffe.

Well, we have another Aussie coming up tonight in the mixed doubles. Stephen Huss. Yes, our Steve is playing with Virginia Ruano Pascual. Poor Virginia has already played 3 sets today when she lost to Stosur and Stubbs, so Stephen may be worried about that. He did win the 2005 Wimbledon Doubles though, so he knows what it takes.
