I haven't played Baz or Jake yet in that league. Should be a couple of percentage boosters for the REBCats.

Just looked at my draw for the run home and i think i am a chance to win all my remaining games and sneak into 8th spot. Should be able to have a couple of percentage boosters that will be needed to make the finals. Hopefully no more injuries to my side.

Ive been scratchin my head about the possible trades i could make this week
Sidebottom(av 65, dropped last week i think) for Dick.(Av 82 and improving)
or Rioli(av 84 but returning from injury for Didak( Career best form av 108 and rising)

Just am so stuck on this one. I have 5 trades left and i always leave 4 for finals time.
Any suggestions

I'd love to help Duncs but I'm bogged down in my own problems :(

From last week's team that already had one donut (Cox) have lost Rance (dropped), Muston (on my bench - dropped), Pav (injured). Before any trading I only have 20 players playing this week.

Previous week I lost Sidebottom (dropped), Cox (injured) and ziebell (injured). Week before that it was Drummond (injured).

.... and I'm playing the leader of Div 2 this week
In between signatures .....

I think I have it worse Hondo. Four donuts (Cox, Pav, Gia and Walker) with NO COVER. I think Punky might actually be in with a chance this weekend

Well i had 2 donuts last week, Thorntons back this week and i ended up ditchin Sidebottom for Dick.
Lookin for a 2200+ this week

If Sellar plays and gains some decent value will hold me in good stead for last trades hopefully.

If you don't have any donuts don't make any trades. You are scoring well and climbing the ladder. You don't need to burn trades to beat Gingernuts. He has openede up a Bakery this week.

REB, I see you've held onto Rioli and Pav. I've still got Rioli and am hoping he does a Didak and come back from injury better than before. The big question is Pav, hasn't been setting the world on fire and (if we make it that far) he plays against Geelong in R22 in what would be our Grand Final. I'm primed to get Ablett back, however, my thinking is it might be more appropriate to get Riewoldt instead at this stage.

As for Pav and Cyril I don't have the trades to move them on. I'm in the top four and playing a bottom four team so I've taken the risk of carrying the donut into the game and holding on to my precious trades. If I lose I just have to cop it sweet.

As for your big question(s) (no wonder you are the Q Man LOL), Pav has been fine and scores quite well against Geelong. You can't knock a foward who cops a 21 and still averages 96 over 13 rounds. As for Riewoldt, he didn't score that well against the Tigers last week..picking up a lower score than Ablett has all year. Last week Ablett scored 206! That's just giving up too much of an advantage to your opponent. For the record, the best team in your league Darcy, does NOT have Ablett. Yeah getting Riewoldt would be nice but getting Ablett could get you a premiership.

Just another point in the 'Trade Pav' question: Alan Didak is in CAREER BEST FORM, Collingwood have been beating up struggling teams for five weeks but in the run home they play the Bulldogs twice as well as having matches to come against top eight sides Adelaide, Brisbane, Carlton and Essendon tonight. I wouldn't say Dids has jumped the shark exactly, just don't count on him to rack up 150 to often in any of the matches I've listed above.

Alan Didak is in career best form. Can he sustain it against tougher opposition?

May not post mammoth scores, but definitely has the potential to consistently score ~100. His ability to completely change the complexion of a match will earn him big SC points, thanks to the nature of the SC scoring system.

I'm only carrying 1 donut into the game, which isn't too bad considering in the last few weeks I've had Drummond, Cox, Pav & Gia all go down. I've kept Drummond, Cox & Pav on the bench but swung a double play trade for Ablett as a last roll of the 'finals' dice.

In reality I was hoping that at least Drummond and maybe Cox would be back this week but now I have to do battle without both it will be a struggle. Certainly haven't had much luck this year.

Bloody hell. Almost out of donuts. Might have to go visit the Q Man for my sugar fix. I'm hoping you can pull of an upset just quietly. Our half of the draw is looking a bit sick.
