Untapped........
Not a Ravendale member dude. Bostons boy actually. I do play hockey tho, that's about as close as I get to them. As for cricket and the 20/20's. Without ravendale where is cricket playing the 20/20 stuff underlights? Dorward Oval maybe? Baseball helped cricket out bigtime over that Port Adelaide weekend so don't give me that rubbish either.

Do the TFC have a right to put out their hand for their money back from the council haloman?

I wouldn't think so but I have no idea what arrangments are in place between the TFC and the council. They may well have put a clause into the MOU protecting them if this was to happen.

ok haloman maybe I shouldn't have put baseball in the same category as netball/ravendale

centenary will have lights by the end of next season according to the cricket president

Does PL footy really need the Tigers, after last years efforts I'd say no. It's a bye anyway, might as well just call the day off and go fishing!![/quote]

As one of the 'I told you so' clan, can I just say why do we have to carry this burdon around with us for the next 20,30 ,40 years because of the mistakes made by a few people. shouldn't they be held accountable?

By the sides I have seen WAYBACKS unbackable favourites for the flag.

MRFC to be the big improvers last 1/2 of year.

I think, for the most part anyway, those people are being held to account. My point was that Ravendale is here to stay regardless of the mistakes made and could be quite useful if used properly. Just because ravendale had largerly been a farce up until now doesn't mean it has to be into the future. If well managed Ravendale could prove very useful into the future.

It looks as though fourth spot could well be decided in the two weeks after the break. Bostons to play Tasmans and MR in the next two games. If they win both you'd have to think fourth spot is theirs. I've only seen Waybacks play twice this year........they were awesome in both..........hard to go past them for the flag. Were Souths missing anyone on Saturday just gone? They looked short of a key forward.

Looking forward to the last half of the season... very competative season with very little between all sides at present... although it looks a two horse race anything can happen.

Waybacks $1.80 - Rossco has the side that plays disciplined footy and has quality all over the park. Dont win by big margains but wear you down all day and in the end usually end up in front.
MPFC $2.50 - In a slump at the moment, needs everyone available and the loose man game going to win it. Barry Johncock is a big inclusion and discipline is always a concern on the big stage.
LSFC $10 - A side on the up. will finish third or fourth and capable of causing an upset come finals but is probably 1 year away from a full on tilt at the flag.
BFC $21 - Blueys 'Tiger Battlers'. Just doesnt seem to have the class or depth of the top sides but they are an honest lot.
MRFC $51- Might get a few back and push for a finals spot but not a genuine premiership threat.
TFC $101- A lot better side than win/loss ratio suggests. Can they put a few games together and finish the season well?
BL are $1-00-2  thats not even $1-01

BFC $21. They were within a kick of MP and W in the last term in the last 2 weeks. they should be half those odds and sLS lost to tasmans and should be $21 minimum

BFC firstly need to hold 4th spot!!! possibly a 50/50 proposition given TFC and MRFC are showing signs of improvement.... then they have to win 3 finals games in a row against sides that they probobly will not have beaten all season!!! PM me and I will give you $25
