Valley View is great, used to play a couple rounds every week there, from memory the smallest hole is the 13th at 59m and the largest is either the 8th or the 10th at about 163m.
One of the good things about this course is you can pretty much do the whole course with just a pitching wedge and a putter.
Was about $9 to play last time i went round.

Yeah i seem to manage, the hole does run down hill so it will usually drop short and then continue on down the hill to the green.

The Longest hole at Valley View is the 10th coming in at 140m. I scored my first hole in one on the 6th with a scrubber of a shot that just cleared the creek and went the rest of the journy along the ground! My mate wasn't to impressed but I out Happyed Happy Gilmour with my celebrations!

Two years later, same hole and the same thing happened only this time it was my mate taking the chocolates.

I haven't played that many Par 3 courses, but the pick of them would be Gumeracha(Kenton Valley). Only the 9 holes but plently of variety with most of the holes being of quite a decent length (not the 70-80m fare you get on some courses).

Cudlee Creek isn't bad either. Easier course, but a great setting.
