Why on earth would Wunkar get someone on a permit to play against a side that is going to struggle to make the top 4?

What's that got to do with anything BC?
We were never ever certainties mate.
The way we played over the first six rounds, we hardly deserved to be in the top 4!

Any truth that Boatswain walked off the ground Saturday and jumped in his car and went home before the game finished? May not be true, but that's what I've heard.

Heard a rumour of Lippis in talks with Cobby for a last minute clearance and a "certain flag"

Actually it was Cobby talking to Lippis not the other way round.

I wouldnt say my source was credible, but he is from Cobby and said he wouldnt say who he heard it from.

So he's either fullashit or he has reason to not uncover his source.
I'm not Schizophrenic and neither am I

Can't see that happening. He's not one of Cobby's favourite people over the last few years!

JB that ad was classic, makes our local ads look good, well maybe good isn't the word. But what has Kouta done? Short on cash maybe? Helping out a mate of his who owns souvlaki hut? Or maybe he's just a lover of all things souvlaki, who knows.

Can anyone on here tell me much about Ryan Bennett ???

Tonight on the SANFL League Teams Show on 1197am 5RPH West Adelaide coach Andy Collins gave a bit of an exclusive. He told listeners that for the big game next week between the Bloods and Sturt in Waikerie, they are going to have a bit of an unusual selection situation in that he is going to bring Ryan Bennett straight into the Bloods league side out of your Riverland Comp.

I assume Ryan plays for Waikerie because Andy mentioned he was highly recommended by Mark Ruccuito so that's where I gather the connection is from. I know Ryan has played at Westies in the Underage and has played handfull of league games for the Bloods before but just keen to find out more to help with the LifeFM broadcast of the game.

Phil Herden, John Nankevill and myself will be heading up to Waikerie for the game next week to call the game back to Adelaide (and I assume Riverland LifeFM will pick up the broadcast) and would just be keen to have a bit of updated info on the lad considering his selection will be slightly unusual coming from a country league straight into SANFL league ranks.

Also, is there actually any local Riverland footy on next weekend to not clash with the SANFL game and if not, what do the locals anticipate an estimated crowd attendance would be ? Also, if anyone is interested in heading along to a LifeFM Dinner (with special guest speaker Doug Oakley - who will be a part of the broadcast calling the game) the Friday night before in Loxton, check out the link below. Please note, I have just realised the RSVP June 26th so if you want to go, you'll have to pay for your ticket ($30 - 3 course meal) by tomorrow night !!

Haha. My brother is standing him tomorrow. I'll be sure to let him know he's playing league for Westies next week. Bit more motivation to put in a good effort I reckon.
