If, as you've said before in a pathetic attempt to deflect attention from your singularily appaling coaching record, said that the third quarter performance was not as a result of anything you said why are you still picking those players who aren't following instructions?

Very good question. I've been wondering that myself.

Will Trevor Hill last the year? Someone told me yesterday that Nathan Bassett is ready to go, and Nic Fosdike is also keen to be involved as his assistant.

Port were very good on the weekend. Murray was outstanding and would be even further ahead in the best and fairest after the weekend.
The workrate and pressure by Port was the best its been in a few years.

As its been mentioned i thought quite a few of Norwoods senior players looked very disinterested.

Hill will see the year out I reckon mate, Bassett is soon to be heading oversea's with family on holiday for a few weeks or months I understand.

Certainly next year there will be a new person sitting in the coaches box, I don't think there's any doubt about that.

Credit to Port .. Whilst Im disappointed in the effort and performance of my own boys, our lads would do well to take a lesson from Ports performance in terms of what's required in discipline, hardness, passion and efficiency, all qualities Port displayed.

I guess the challenge for Tim and his group now is to try and bring that attitude every week.
Port far too honest and determined yesterday, thoroughly deserving in victory ... The 4 M's to me seemed to be the main destroyers, Murray (sorry Topsy), Mikeljohn, Mardling and McInerney.

Norwood are just a terrible footy team, all we can do is handball and even then it rarely hits a target.[/quote]

Never a truer word written Constance Perm....Norwood are a terrible football team......and yes, Port wanted the win more......but I honestly can't believe what I'm seeing this year....the atrocious turnovers, the bloody rediculous amount of handballing, the basic handling errors....with the amount of talent and experience in that team theres no excuses....can someone please tell me whats happening down there!...there are guys that just dont look interested..Vlatko, Jericho, Doyle (Dont get me started on Doyle!).... even our ever reliable captain in Gallagher is going through a bad patch....theres still time to turn this season around, but if you look at the draw its going to be tough...

Vlatko at least showed some intent in the last quarter and Gallagher run hard all day he just found it hard as he was carrying 80kg.

If Vlatko is struggling, Norwood will no doubt recruit yet another one from Glenelg.

If you are referring to Jarrod Young, that's up to the umpires to sort out.

Yes i was referring to Young and i agree that is for the umpires to sort out just stating that it was hard for him to shake him the whole day and it affected Norwoods performance as Gallagher is very important to the legs.
