every time matt priddis gets the ball and doesnt hand ball
I used to eat a lot of natural foods until I learned that most people die of natural causes.

Never said anything about Melbourne being superior. Just that we have some very close friends over there that'd we love to be able to see more of etc....

Adelaide is home, but I'd like to live in Melbourne for the above reason.....

Years ago, when people would say "excetra" or "Nurioopta" used to annoy me, Im happy to say I've mellowed with age :D

It superior to me in that im a sports fanatic and the majority of major sporting events in Australia are held in Melbourne. Pretty Simple

I had a job and lived in Melbourne for 10 years and chose to come back.
Unless you can afford to live in the inner city, or are prepared to live in a run down rabbit hutch to be close in, it is not a great place too live as it takes to long to get anywhere.
The only thing I miss is the greater choice available in the supermarkets and clothing stores.

yeah i got back from holidaying there recently and yeah i can see how it takes so long to get around but im patient. The cost of living is definately a lot higher.

Dont get me wrong Adelaide has a place in my heart but this is a list of yearley events in Melbourne which you have right at your door.

Melbourne Cup
Derby Day
Cox Plate
AFL Grand Final
Most Friday night AFL games
Australian Open Tennis
Major Socceroos games
Boxing Day Test Match
Formula 1 Grand Prix

Obviously you probably wouldn't go to all them events in the one year but you have the option to do it alot cheaper than you do living in Adelaide.

For me that is my dreamworld of sport.
