inside50 and specialK good work lads keep getting in to each other fools. do you guys even realize that you played together this year? hahahahaha.
ps. what about this one: paying sudjai cook $800 a game, not even making the finals, and still not being able to get your oval in good enough knick to get the GF- priceless.

ye full squad other than two injuries early in year to guys who would be in starting 18 definitely.
havent had them since round 1 and the other since round 3 but only played round 2 and 3.
weather will play a part, midfield is a huge part due to both forward lines having big targets

Well done to the Uri boys for getting thru to the grandy ... chance of two flags for the club. I know all year Mt Lofty have held the upper hand, but that all counts for nuthin' on the big day. Uraidla is actually the only side to beat the Devils in the B-grade, and have staged a good run thru the finals, so are battlehardened. Would be good to send Runt out (this time for good!) with a premiership. The likes of Gav, Red, Mike Makings, Sim, and Zills will be handy players ... so I reckon a real chance. Likely Saturday will be the last game (at least for a while) for Tav ... has moved to Townsville with work, but will be returning to play in the GF... great club man, great bloke, great footballer ... there maybe doubts on Thommo but he'll be ready to go. Well done to Joel Brown for his feat in kicking 100 goals in a season, first time at the club for 30 years or so. Hopefully a few more this Saturday. Reckon the Devils may be suffering with a big dose of their own importance ... liked it better than they were ordinary. Don't forget, Uris have had a constant run of finals where the Devils, thanks to the foreign legion, have played just 2 finals in five years. Weather promises maybe a wet deck, which will held Uris as far as pace goes. Uris have been around the mark in each game up until the last term, and we can just endure for another 20 minutes, who knows? Could be an upset for the Devils ... just hope they don't sook too much ... and also hang around for the real presentation!!

your a joke dropkick. have a listen to yourself. hope we dont sook too much ha, the sooks are the cabbages who played in the courier cup. i see youve changed your tune about listening to the presentation. by the way ive heard on the rumour mill about who you are and see that youve actually listed yourself as one of the "handy players" well done idiot. we'll see how you pull up after your game mate saw you did sweet f all last week. its been the same each week b4 we play each other mate, you come out and say i rekon we'll get up this week and then follow it up with a bagging of our club. i suppose next week if you guys to come away with a flag you'll be praising your boys saying theyre the best side ever. whereas i bet your not heard from if no flags come your way. see how much of a man you are then you chop.

What ever GD.

Credit where credits due. Mt Lofty have been on top of their game all year long, beating everyone (including Uris 3 times) in both A and B grade. I will be the first to admit that Uris outclassed the B grade on that day but i wont go turning garbage like the fact that they have had to play more games to get to the GF into "good run thru the finals, so are battlehardened".
As opposed to Mt Lofty winning all but one this year, had a few weeks off, so they are soft and cant play a hard game?

Whoopdee do about your "constant run in the finals", you think lofty have been sitting on their arses every saturday off doing squat? Ill go as far as saying that lofty have had less chance for injury, kept fresh and worked on the tactical side of the game so the weeks breaks were an advantage.

Quit trying to find reasons that Uris will beat Mt Lofty this weekend in both grades. There are no reasons. Get over it, Lofty are the better team and uris are the underdogs for a reason.... they arent as good as lofty this year. Oh and lofty will hang around for the presentation to collect their silverware, hope uris will stick around too, jus tlike any other respectful side.

the A's - Lofty both too good, dont really follow the centrals much, they play well in the wet!! as proved against Blackwood earlier this year. 5 goals! BOG??
B's Lofty dont really follow centrals much 3 points BOG??
u17s i see Blackwood wining by 6 goals. will be a real battle of the midfields! BOG Chris Delawyer
so does anyone know if Blackwood are moving leagues and to what league?

i have ties with blackwood nd if they moved leagues id change clubs. probably the bankers or lofty.

inside 50 clearly you are the only smoker in this forum. even a 3 year old could have told that Spesh K was just having a lend of you passionate lofty blokes. i have had this discussion and came up with that banner with lofty boys. and they took no offence to it. ormand allen was on very little money, stansborough was only on larger money because he is captain...SMOKER

Foothills dweller, I hope you're joking about joining the Thunderers! That oval is only big enough for a short game of mark's up at training. And I hope you've got you're blonde hair dye ready for the trip to Devil Park.

Bobby Davis, there is no such place as Verdun Heights, you're a dirty Shanty, live with it.

Great Dropkick is doing a great job of firing these tempremental Lofty boys up. Take it easy, take a load off, have a holiday and relax lads. Congrats to Brown for the 100 though. Would have rated Fleet to get there early in the season but he crumbled like a cookie. Also is Tav moving to Townsville to bolster sales of Chesty Bonds in the north of our country?

Still rate Lofty to nail Uri's in both grades though. This is the equation....
A's or B's with Dry deck or Wet deck + Lofty vs. Urididla = Lofty.

Good banners before as well. Thought I might add one.
No money to pay decent players, no money to upgrade your oval, being a Shanty...........PRICELESS!

And Sudjai Cook = Overpaid Smoker who can't dance let alone play footy!

2words.....John Lennon wrote a song about you. It's called "Dreamer". Mate you're kidding yourself! Verdun Heights is the equivalent of Never Never Land, it doesn't exist. It is just a figment of your imagination.

It's Verdun or Shanty, which one are you???

The heated discussion is one of principle. If one is a Shanty then one must be told one is a Shanty and no bones made about it!

As for tagging Trigger and Woody....I've seen both tagged by Uri's at various stages so I wouldn't be suprised to see either tagged at different times when they get some leather poisoning. However, I don't think they'll get tagged the whole day. I think Uri's will try to play their own game for a while and then counter if they are getting smashed in the middle. I just hope they don't use that skinny Gollywog with the massive number (63 or 64 I think), cause he's got nothing!

From a good source at Uraidla - The Cabbage dont actually tag anyone, which I applaud. I think this is a major contributor to the quality of entertainment provided by hills footy. Plus if you've seen the Cabbage play, Scotty S in particular doesn't like to man up - he tries to get away at all costs.

Agree with Bernie - if you're a shanty, face it or move to a different postcode. I've heard Elizabeth Downs is nice this time of year!

yeh its certainly gonna be tough for the cabbage lofty midfield in my opinion is easily the best in the competition. sure anderson and goerge are great players in there own right but i cant see them matching it with trigger woody and huff i think if lofty backlines can quell joel brown and big lofts then it will be one sided, but thats easier said than done both real quality players

We're already talking about if Uri's are gonna tag guys...that's a good start for Lofty. Because if Lofty are able to play their game they'll run away with it. If Uris bother too much about Wood and Trigger and co. they may be sacrificing their strengths.
