Does PL footy really need the Tigers, after last years efforts I'd say no. It's a bye anyway, might as well just call the day off and go fishing!![/quote]

what do you think about the pathetic attitude of your permiit holders, especially one having played in the winning kinlough team last year??
when i heard this i thought to myself 1. why would these players want to play that grade and
2. why the hell did they get the permits??
BW is clearly a talented player and could EASILY get a game in B grade
as for TH he played in the kinlough team last year!! bit of an injustice when the side you played last week, brings up a 14 year old who has to stand both on the wing??
obviously the days are gone when permits are only used when it clearly disadvantages the team to have this player playing in there side??
rather pathetic 18 year olds would rather run around with kids and think they're tough??

to start of here this wouldnt be an issue if we had lost the game against waybacks .......!.at the start of the season i was struggling for numbers so i got them permits to fill my side.the 2 lads i have under permits are only just out side the cut of date there not 18 and they weren't running around acting tough. if i remember rightly a wayback kid got reported n a wayback kid was going around head hunting and thinking he was tough,my boys played as a team and the score board showed it !!.our b grade have a squad of around 35 to 40 players to choose from each week, so they would struggle getting a full game each week. n they wouldnt make the a grade .as it is we have had players leave the club cause there not getting a game each week so if we can get them a permit to play then i think its a good thing.

good luck to the lincoln side this weekend i think we should all get behind them its a good side ,its going to be interesting come tuesday to see all the posts on here if we get over the line.mortlock weekend should be a weekend were all plfl teams come together n stick it up the rest of the ep!!

We will make the final given we have a bye and a half baked EE side. Hope we end up playing GFFL in the final and smash them

I am going to be quoted saturday morning about Whyalla.

At 11 a.m. they had 15 players and weren't coming.

At 2 p.m. they had 21, and were going to rock down here.

Their Prez admitted that they were going to get rolled badly.

All of that tomorro morning from Emma Pelder.

Correct me if i'm wrong MP but in my calculations

Eastern Eyre v Whyalla in first game for 5th/6th?
Mid West v Far West for 3rd/4th

final

Great Flinders v Port Lincoln.

the grand final will be port lincoln and great flinders.

eastern eyre very dissapointing
whyalla better than expected
mid west not their year.
far west very impressive vs ee, ordinary vs lincoln

port lincoln impressive a real oppourtunity awaits
great flinders challenged early by mid west but they dont call it the good flinders league they call it the great flinders league!

should be a great final!!
