Going really well, he has been in the best players on regular occasions and is also fitting into the club socially really well. Seems like a really good lad which has been a great pick up for us especially with Agars leaving.

Willaston can very easily crumble from the inside out (see last season). My guess is the same players as last year and the previous years are doing the same things they always do putting themselves before the great donnybrook club and tradition. Ollie does need to nip it in the bud even if he thinks he doesn't need to. If worse comes to worse the door needs to be shown to people who keep doing the same things season after season and who have there own personal agenda to look after. The club and the people that forged the great Willaston tradition need to be respected and anyone that puts them self before that needs to pull there head in or leave IMO

Who takes up the CHB stand in the association game with the omission of Eichner?

If an hours drive is your only problem then you should be laughing!!!!!

carpool if you must. to have them back would be great. i think they could make it.

He was a bit disappointed when the knee pulled up a bit sore. Had been eagerly anticipating taking it to the Hills boys. But not much you can do, and understandable after enduring such a devastating knee injury.

300 games is a massive achievement for matty doe.. and the rumour is he wants a crack at 400 but time will tell
you cant bag a bloke for such a achievement

I work with Matt.. he was telling me yesterday he's only missed 3 games since he started playing senior footy at 17. That's one bloody lucky streak.

I figured he must have been older than me to acheive such greatness but he isn't...

He just looks like he's had a hard life ;)

Hey Pac Man, could you tell me if Andrew Foster from the Fremantle Dockers is any relation to the former Willaston Premiership Player?

Allthough Ross would do a stella job at CHB, you cant really select him there when he has spent all year in the ruck...

Has to go to a CHB... Sharpe easily the best backman, depends on where Valentine lines up...

You dont get injured when your team mates give you the ball FC.
His Mr Bean resemblence sure makes him look as though he's had a tough life.
Decker hasn't liked missing any games over the years, for that matter I think he has only brought me 1 beer for every game he has missed in that time. Still got his first pay packet, tight assed bean counter :D .
Are you prepared to pay the price? WILL YOU PAY THE PRICE?

what a joke the association needs to look in2 this, happens all the time with ex sanfl players pulling out of assoc team. just shows why these blokes play footy and it aint for the love of their club!!
at least a one game suspension should be handed out here, that will hurt the hip pocket

also heard there was quite a procession of tanunda players through the medical rooms on tuesday. with lubcke coaching how many of these will be given the weekend off with no penalty.
as someone posted a few weeks back tanunda are the geelong of the barossa and as such should have a big representation in the side just like geelong did in the all australian team

it is amazing that a club gets belted in 1 local derby and all of sudden everyone is an expert on willaston hopefully the players can be really nice to each other against angaston and they might play better.

it seems to me that a few people just don't like the willaston blokes so who cares thats nothing new. there is nothing wrong with a bit of emotional abuse amoungst team mates on the field and can be expected when your a donnybrook and are being punished by gawler central.

as long as your mates and respect each other off the field then who really cares if you have a crack at each other on the field. sure its a sign of weakness, but when your down by 15 goals i think its pretty obvious that you are the weaker player.

the reality is ollie would have taken the job with full knowledge of whats been reported about willaston and i doubt he will tollerate his name being dragged down by any players on his watch.

as the romans said, 'the beatings will continue until performance improves'.
