The Cats have won their last 10 consecutive matches played outside of Victoria, dating back to a 56 point win over Port Adelaide at AAMI Stadium in May 2007. The most consecutive matches won by any team outside its home state in the history of the national competition is 11 by North Melbourne, extending between April 24, 1999 and July 8, 2000.
