John Halbert and Jack Oatey for Lennon and Threadgold in my opinion. Possibly even Michael Graham for Peter Motley.

Living legends knocks out old Jack but yes, John Halbert should be on the list. A fantastic on/off field record.

That's fair enough.
I hadn't forgotten about Halbert, I just chose the other two for their loyalty to the club - yes Lennon was at Richmond for two years - during our darkest hours.

Tossed up between Loveday and Meuret but Loveday did a lot of hard yards for us, including stepping into the breach and coaching us for a year when we found ourselves without one.

Would Doug Thomas go close? I don't profess to know much about his off-field time with Westies (nor onfield time for that matter), but like or loathe, his is a name that has been widely associated with Westies over a long long period of time.

Tough list with our recent premiership success i really really really really tried to fit Daniel Hulm, Darryl Hicks and the Gowans brothers in there but 8 doesn't fit into five.

maybe an easier list would be one for playing exploits and one for off field exploits

PLAYERS
1. John Platten
2. Daniel Hulm
3. Gary Window
4. Chris Gowans
5. James Gowans

COACHING/OFF FIELD
1. Peter Jonas
2. Alan Stewart
3. Kris Grant
4. Darryl Hicks
5. Roy Laird

I like first list in particular - really shows how far Central has come when you look at the whole package, ie on and off the field.
Steve Bradbury and Michael Milton. Aussie Legends.

2. S.Morrey
3. R.Mandimanker

Would Neil Kerley rate, seeing as he was captain-coach of the most recent premiership?
