Does it really matter what my role is? I am supportive of a club that is working hard to improve all aspects. But if you need an answer i am a very average player that can barely get out on the park.
I am just trying to answer your questions and make the point the club is heading forward and people behind the scenes are working hard to ensure it continues. You seem after a quick fix which in my eyes is a little unreasonable.

The point is Bridgewater have clearly improved, we can argue about how much all day but it doesn't really matter because at least it is a step froward. Even if you don't agree i think most would.

Plus the next 2 weeks will show exactly where Onkas are at, might be able to throw them into the mix. Birdwood a bit of an unknown quantity, get flogged by Onkas, never really threaten Uris, Lofty or Hahndorf, then beat Blackwood on their home turf. Perhaps a flash in the pan but time will tell. Would have to give them some confidence. Top 5 too close to call at the moment, order or teams involved.

i like our next 2 weeks. lobey and then barkers to finish. hopefully 2 more wins and can really shake the 5. then come second round if we push uri harndorf loft etc you may never know...things are looking good though lots of confidence afte blackwood at blackwood...its backing it up and doing it again that needs to happen now

Am just curious because you seem to have so much to say about the club when you have only been their five minutes. I like most want Bridgewater to do well they deserve it after such a long slump of bad form.

I sense a bit of attitude there BH. Like is said earlier just replying to your questions and i think my responses have been pretty valid and not over the top at all. Am i less entitled to an opinion because of how long i have been there?

No attitude, and you are entitled to your opinion. I know what your role is at the club just seeing if you would answer the question.

Ballhog, you seem rather obsessed with bridgy and whether or not the recruits will be there next year.
Seems to me that Meadows have done the same thing Bridgy are known for in recruiting hacks that offer nothing. How long has it been since you have been involved in a winning team???? Maybe you should start worrying about helping out your new club instead of slagging of all the people that are trying to get your old club out of the rut they WERE in!!!

I have no regrets love Meadows football club and think they are a very proud club that will turn things around sooner rather than later. Who am I slagging if you look at previous posts you would have seen that I hope the recruits stay on, that's what the club needs some stability. Still get out and support the lads when I get a chance.

I think a few of their recruits have been mentioned but maybe R White doesn't read the paper.

How is Monty going in the B grade at Bridgy would think he would be unstopable?

Don't think he is playing any more, not sure why good player and bloke, would be missed by the local lads in the team

Maybe Meadows should get him back and it would give R White something else

We didn't lose on the weekend to Uri's because of the outs (namely Matt Stapes, Mehta and Pistols)- we lost because we were second to the ball most of the day and we missed a few absolute sitters in the last quarter when we could have stolen the game. If you work hard and are desperate to get to the footy before your opponent you will be very competetive all the time, and you don't need to be a recruit or 'gun' player to do that. We were not against Uraidla.
