EP Sport - back with a vengeance

Talk on any country footy league or club from the SA Country area

I reckon good sports can shove their money up their ass and stop trying to make country footy like the AFL. Can't even have a can in the changerooms with your mates anymore, it's a joke.

Half the reason a lot of good country footballers don't want to have a crack at the big time is their love of the can and the good times associated.

Good sports, eff off

napoleon and marble park think its acceptable because it 'happens all the time'. After the pre-season cup debacle any respect gained since then is all but gone. I am making a stand and not going to Mortlock now.

then you are a fool O, accept it move on.

and i agree put it in perspective, we are blessed with strong comps over here becuse good footballers want to play country footy, have a few lagers after the game, beep their horn when goals are kicked, hurl abuse from the back of their utes, call the ump a white maggot.

country footy is a big day for the town, for the community. dont try and make it like the AFL.

Just to be a smarty-pants.....

How can any of the players/officials be publicly nude whilst wearing their team shirts? ;)

I don't know how many of us were actually there, and who actually saw these alleged incidents take place...

We have at least two identities on this forum who played in that side, MP (not me, the other one) and Coach.

If they're still reading, perhaps they could shed some more light.

I played MP and as I said a few went overboard when we got back and got off the bus. Coach wouldn't remember a thing and MP and Cambo were legless also. We all were and we didnt care what anyone thought at that time of the night and in that state. :partyman: :partyman:

Fair enough then bro.

Not knowing who you are, I wouldn't have been able to throw out your name as being "in the know" about it, but if you think they went overboard, then we'll go with that.

I have spoken to a unnamed player who went on the bus to get his thoughts.
He stated "Ky Miller, McKinlay, Parker, Campbell and Montgomerie" were the ones to 'cross the line'. He also said Harry Miller was very loud trying to get everyone to sing the Pecker song.

Gotta love the "unnamed" player, don't you?

Sing the Pecker song? Seriously?

After consulting with associates we are going to do a complete investigation into this incident and get to the bottom of it. Some players may well have played their last association games. This will not be tollerated I can assure you and we will come down hard.

Does PL footy really need the Tigers, after last years efforts I'd say no. It's a bye anyway, might as well just call the day off and go fishing!![/quote]
